The terms and conditions set out below compose the agreements between JSK Cleaners LTD and the customer, whom of which a carpet and / or upholstery cleaning service is provided for.
i. This agreement shall come into force from the date an appointment is confirmed.
ii. JSK Cleaners LTD shall provide a high standard professional carpet & / or upholstery cleaning service on confirmed appointment dates.
iii. JSK Cleaners LTD technicians have up to date CleanSmart certificates, which are available for the customer to view upon request.
In accordance to the standard & care that is expected from JSK Cleaners LTD technicians, strict guidelines & producers are carried out for the duration of each individual service provided to the customer. This aids the performance of every task carried out by JSK Cleaners LTD.
iv. JSK Cleaners LTD agree to move large items of furniture, upon request of the customer, for a charge of £5 per room. Smaller items must be moved by the customer.
v. JSK Cleaners LTD always provide fixed price quotes, with no hidden costs.
vi. JSK Cleaners LTD will provide an invoice on the date of appointment.
vii. JSK Cleaners LTD will provide a receipt on the day of customer payment.
Provision of Access
i. JSK Cleaners LTD will need access to an electricity & water supply, provided by the customer, for tasks to be completed.
ii. JSK Cleaners must to be notified if electricity or water is not available. An extra charge of £25 will be added to the quoted price if these facilities are not available.
iii. JSK Cleaners LTD will need to van access to the property which is required to be cleaned.
i. A charge of the quoted price may have to be paid if failure to notify JSK Cleaners LTD 24 hours in advance of any cancellations.
ii. Any cancellations made on the day of an appointment will result in the customer paying Full Payment of the price quoted.
iii. Any changes to the services agreed between JSK Cleaners LTD & the customer must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in full payment of the quoted price.
iv. Any cancellations made within a 48 hour period of an appointment will result in a charge of £35.
i. All payments from the customer to JSK Cleaners LTD must be paid post cleaning service & before the technician leaves the premises. An invoice will be sent the same day payment is made.
ii. Payments can be made via debit / credit card, bank transfer or cash. JSK Cleaners LTD do not accept cheques.
iii. Failure to make payments within 10 days of service provided will result in a £50 charge & outstanding amount will be passed on to our debt collection team.
Confidentiality and Customer Data
i. JSK Cleaners LTD withhold a Protected Database of customer information which includes name, address, contact & email address. This information is kept on a Protected Database for 5 years. Should the customer wish to use JSK Cleaners LTD services again, the customer data will still be available on record for the benefit of JSK Cleaners LTD.
ii. JSK Cleaners LTD shall agree to never disclose any information about the customer to any third party, unless requested to do so by the customer, in writing. Information given to JSK Cleaners LTD is strictly kept & used for the benefit of the customer & JSK Cleaners LTD.
i. Any complaints relating to work completed by JSK Cleaners LTD must be reported within 48 hours of the service provided, failure to do so will result in JSK Cleaners LTD to take necessary action (without cost to the customer) to investigate.
ii. JSK Cleaners cannot be held responsible for any complaints made after 48 hours of the service provided.
iii. Any complaints made within 48 hours of the service provided, will begin to be resolved immediately.
iv. After investigation of a complaint, if JSK Cleaners LTD sees fit, the problem will be resolved free of charge. Please note that JSK Cleaners LTD cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
i. JSK Cleaners LTD public liability insurance covers £1,000,000 in accidental damages.
ii. JSK Cleaners LTD cannot accept public liability unless all fees have been paid in advance by the customer.
Termination of Agreement by JSK Cleaners LTD
i. JSK Cleaners LTD have the right to cancel an agreement if:
· Access to the property is limited.
· The property is not in a fit enough condition to carry out any cleaning procedures. E.g. Too many household items obstructing area which have been requested to be cleaned.
· If carpets and / or upholstery are in need of replacement, it is in JSK Cleaners LTD professional opinion to advise ‘you’ the customer that any cleaning procedures will not achieve the desired result.
· JSK Cleaners LTD reserve the right to decline any cleaning services, with good reason.
Any work which is terminated will be in writing to the customer.
Carpet / Upholstery
i. Prices for single rooms which consist of measurements approximately 13x13ft are charged as standard. Prices may vary if the area is larger.
ii. A minimum call out charge of £60 (including VAT) is required for a service to be carried out which is within a 10 mile radius. A minimum call out charge of £85 (including VAT) is required for a service to be carried out which is over a 10 mile radius.
iii. Any appointments agreed out of hours may incur an extra charge.
